This spider-like design, comprised of over two thousand individual shapes, was constructed virtually using TinkerCad and then materialized using the Bambu 3d Printer. This model was inspired by the grossly creative design of the Xenomorph from the Alien franchise. It’s original design sported a a series of central rings, reminiscent of a solar mapping in Prometheus, but while I was removing the supports post print, the central installment proved too fragile during the final steps.
